Rotini with Zucchini and ‘Shrooms
Whole wheat rotini. For the sauce, I sauteed half an onion and a leek in olive oil. I added some garlic because garlic makes everything better. I cut up a zucchini and a handful of baby portabella mushrooms and added them, along with a can of tomato sauce. I seasoned it with a dash of salt and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Tasty.
I am starting to gain confidence in my ability to cook without a recipe.
